Outside Sales Representative - West Coast
Position Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will regularly call
on health care professionals (hospitals, physicians and buyers
within an assigned geographical territory) and support the
marketing efforts for the products and services offered by NOVIS.
You will maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on
the product lines and be a reliable source of information to the
health care professionals in your territory. You will play a
vital role in fostering the company’s reputation and image. You
will be responsible for selling and promoting our products in a
highly professional, ethical, and knowledgeable manner. You will
also be responsible for establishing and enhancing relationships
with decision makers and industry thought leaders (acute care
facilities, non-acute care facilities, IDN's, GPO's, etc.) with
the purpose of assessing their needs, understanding their
business and making recommendations via proposals on how NOVIS
can assist in maximizing efficiencies or add value to their
organization. Other tasks include developing, generating and
analyzing sales reports for the purpose of understanding market
trends and long term strategic planning. You will be responsible
for a determined contribution related to the attainment of sales
goals and the company's goals. You will also be responsible for
managing your expense budget. Further responsibilities will
require attending tradeshows and initiating projects that will
increase sales and maximize efficiencies.
Job Requirements:
- Prior outside pharmaceutical sales experience with a
background in plasma derivatives required.
- Achieved or exceeded sales objectives in assigned
territory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- PC requirements include: Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Outlook
- SAP or CRM system proficiency preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Industry knowledge and willingness to prospect and cold
call for potential new business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
including presentation, persuasion, tact and negotiation
skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and be self motivated
- Ability to network, overcome customer objections and
close sales.
- Learn and articulate scientific and technical
information about our products
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Assume increasing responsibilities with continued
success in meeting goals
- Ability to work independently
- Work within a team environment and collaborate

Sales Representative (Multiple Openings)
Position Summary:
In this level I tele-sales position you will call on
hospitals, physicians and buyers within an assigned geographical
territory and communicate product advantages, features and
benefits. You will play a vital role in fostering the company’s
reputation and image. You will be responsible for selling and
promoting our products in a highly professional, ethical, and
knowledgeable manner.
You will continue to identify and qualify customers while
building a base of buying accounts. You will follow up on new
business opportunities; implement sales strategies and help grow
your core sales account base. During this period, you will
generate individual, team and company revenue and profit goals.
You shall provide team support as required by assessing and
responding to customer needs and coordinating the sales and
distribution process.
Local candidates only, no relocation provided (Miami/Fort
Lauderdale Area).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must possess a strong knowledge of the Company’s
products and the specifics of where and in what situations
they are required
- Must have a clear understanding of the services we
provide and be capable of identifying target accounts and
talking to those who influence decisions and decision makers
within our industry
- Must endeavor to complete a minimum of thirty (30)
buying conversations per day
- Must be able to convert non-buying customers to buying
customers while meeting increasing monthly sales revenue and
profit goals
- Must follow up on customer sales to insure good service
and that customer’s needs are met
- Explore potential for increasing business opportunities.
- Continue to develop your skill sets in the areas that
include but are not limited to selling and closing skills,
territory management, time management and updated product
knowledge
- Creating and maintaining positive and professional
rapport and relationships while exceeding high levels of
customer satisfaction
- Responsibilities may include special projects as
assigned.
Job Requirements:

- Pharmaceutical or Medical industry experience preferred
