Novis Pharmaceuticals understands the challenges of meeting patient needs. That's why we offer an inventory maintenance program that reduces your on-site inventory costs and operating expenses.
Through our just-in-time inventory program, you can be assured of having the product you need when you need it — and of paying for it only when you use it. We maintain a monthly minimum supply of the products you regularly use so you don't have to keep reordering. You just call for the items you need as you need them.
The program allows you to maintain inventory without cost. You report usage on a monthly inventory report that you fax or email to us. You're billed monthly for the products you've used that month.
Your account representative will regularly review the report and recommend adjustments to inventory levels based on patient usage. We will also evaluate product and refresh any that approach within six months of the expiration date. Any product approaching six months of its expiration will be exchanged at no cost to your facility.
To set up the program, simply call your Novis Pharmaceuticals account representative who will work with you to determine the inventory levels you need based on your facility's product usage.
